A FREE opportunity to familiarise yourselves with music from our forthcoming programme
We would like to extend an invitation to you all to join us for an open rehearsal on Thursday, 18th June @ 7.30pm at St Johns in Bridgetown, Totnes, TQ9 5AB We will be rehearsing ‘The Midnight Hour’ by Anna Clyne in the first half and Shostakovich’s 12th Symphony in the second. In between refreshments with members of the orchestra.
Richard Gonski, our Music Director, will talk about the music and illuminate the music as we rehearse. This is a great opportunity to familiarise yourselves with the music in our programme prior to our concerts.
Past open rehearsals have been a huge success and they are always fun, enlightening and above all a chance for the orchestra to meet our audience and share the music in an informal way.
